Order Returns and Exchanges:
Nobody's perfect, but we always strive to be. In the rare event that we make a mistake, we want to ensure you have a worry-free after-sales experience. Please contact us within 30 business days of receiving your order at Support@airjoystoday.com.
For customized products such as pants, jerseys, and jackets, we cannot accept returns/exchanges for customized orders (including blank jerseys) unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. If the product arrives damaged or defective, the seller will either resend or refund. Refunds may take an additional 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.Resend may take an additional 5-7 business days.
For shoes, we support returns and exchanges. If the product arrives damaged or defective, the return/exchange shipping costs will be borne by the seller. If you wish to return or exchange for other reasons, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. Returned products must be kept in their original packaging, with tags, and must not affect secondary sales. Refunds may take an additional 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. For exchanges, we will resend the replacement within 1-3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
Order Cancellation:
For personalized customized products, your purchase price includes a customization fee per item. If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason for cancellation. If the order has not yet entered production, we will cancel it.
However, please note that once your order is submitted, we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you wish to cancel your purchase after it has entered production, your order will be subject to a $20 restocking fee per item.
If the customized product has already been shipped, all refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping charges and a $20 restocking fee, except in the case of an incorrect shipment.
If the customized product has been produced but not yet shipped, all refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less the $20 restocking fee.

Customized jerseys and other products are not manufactured by or in any way associated with any professional sports brand, league, or manufacturer. Our independently produced and designed customized jerseys and other products do not carry any professional sports league designations or brands.
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for blank products that have been processed or modified for secondary sale. This policy applies to all items altered from their original condition. We encourage customers to review this policy carefully before making a purchase for modification and resale.
